Абстракт

Студията анализира от исторически и методологически позиции въпроса за интелигентността, способностите и компетенциите, както и връзката между тях. Подходът обхваща както обективното развитие на интелигентностните концепции през последните години, така и пряката връзка, която те имат с по-прагматичните цели на управлението въобще и на управлението на човешките ресурси – в частност. Обърнато е внимание на формирането и развитието на най-влиятелните школи в интерпретирането на проблема и е изведено ново и адекватно на съвременността разбиране за изследваните организационно значими личностни характеристики.
