Абстракт

В настоящата студия е разгледано управлението на проектното портфолио като инструмент за подпомагане реализацията на организационната стратегия чрез комплекс от интегрирани проекти. На базата на проучване на научно-приложни разработки в тази област е изведен общ модел за управление на проектното портфолио. Направен е преглед на редица методи за управление на проектно портфолио, приложението на които осигурява на висшето ръководство и на проектните мениджъри задълбочена и детайлизирана представа за това по какъв начин изпълнението на различните проекти може да повлияе върху успеха на организацията като цяло.
